Unemployed Life

So when I wake tomorrow, I will no longer be employed. What a shitty way to start the weekend…

It’s only taken me 3 months to scour through the backend code of my web server finding that one minuscule little bastard that was preventing services from running, seems rebuilding apache seemed to fix things, how many times have you heard ‘basics first, always the basics’ – lesson learned.

Anyhow, I have officially erased the 26 different alarms on my phone, I managed to fix my web server before midnight. I took a one hour nap when I got home today, it’s crazy but my first and last jobs were with the same PM, Mario. He even bought us lunch, nice treat, kudos Mario!

So even though I’m officially unemployed, I’m sure I will still live on 4 hours of sleep, been that way for almost a decade so why change things up now? Truth is, it won’t for some time, so much shit to do and so little time now.

Anyhow, those of you waiting for photos, videos from events and such, websites that have been promised for months etc I assure you they will be done this week as I take small breaks between packing/trashing/napping/gaming/taunting the kids.

Can’t believe you’re still here reading this shit, don’t you have a weekend to bring in? I’m going to tap out and enjoy a crisp, cold refreshing beer.
